To avoid damaging your work, take the same care you used to make it:

Avoid contact with any type of liquid that could wear out your piece.

After use, keep the work in its original packaging to avoid damage.

We suggest using a soft, dry flannel for light cleaning.

For a deeper clean, on unplated pieces, add a little coconut soap to boiling water and place your jewelry in it.

After cleaning, dry them completely before storing them. If your piece contains a gemstone, always handle it by the ring.

Our jewelry has a LIFETIME warranty - EXCEPT - misuse, or the natural oxidation reaction of silver that varies according to the pH of the skin, proximity to the sea and care of the piece.
 
If any adjustment is necessary, only the shipping fee will be charged.

REPLACEMENT
We offer up to 7 calendar days (from delivery) for you to request your exchange.
The product must be accompanied by its original packaging.

We will send you a postage code for the return of your jewelry at no shipping cost.

Once the product is received by us, we will check it and notify you of the approval of your request.

If approved, we will send you a coupon for the value of your purchase so you can use it on our website (the shipping cost for a possible second exchange is the customer's responsibility.)*

IN CASE OF GIFT
If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and was shipped directly to you and you wish to exchange it, you must ship the product to us within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
 
After analyzing the product, if approved, you will receive a coupon to use in our store.

In case of analysis, we cover the shipping costs so that the piece can be evaluated and returned in perfect condition.
SHIPPING AND DEADLINES
The delivery time for your jewelry may vary depending on availability and delivery address.
Items are dispatched within 5 business days, while items made to order or requiring size adjustment will be sent according to the timeframe indicated on the product page.
The time required to transport the order varies according to the shipping option chosen by the customer at checkout.
For purchases made via bank slip, a period of 3 business days must be added for the product to be sent due to the payment processing time.
